• First floor: ice machine and vending machine in the building corner.

• Unit is on the second floor, and there is no elevator.
• Private unit: toiletries are not replenished during your stay.
• Cleaning fee covers departure cleaning only.
• No daily housekeeping or towel/linen changes.
• The unit includes a safe, hairdryer, and iron for your convenience.

Getting Around

COVID-19 Update: In accordance with the legal requirement (governor’s executive order), no gatherings exceeding the property’s maximum occupancy are allowed.

Violation of this rule may result in eviction without compensation and could be reported to the police by neighbors or the Homeowners’ Association.

Only registered guests may stay on the property. All units in the complex are privately owned; owners are not responsible for any accident, injury, or illness occurring during your stay, or for lost personal belongings or valuables left unclaimed after 24 hours of check-out.

By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or any others they invite to use the premises.

In case of storm or hurricane: No refunds will be given unless mandatory evacuations are ordered by state or local authorities for a tropical storm/hurricane warning area. Refunds will apply as follows:

• Any unused portion of the guest’s current stay
• Any unused rental for a guest scheduled to arrive who wishes to shorten their stay or delay arrival until the warning is lifted
• Any advanced payments made for a reservation scheduled to begin during the hurricane warning period
