THE SPACE
Front desk at the entrance, you must show your photo Id at the check-in for security registration purposes. There is no elevator in the complex. In the lobby area you will find an on-site ATM, restrooms, and a children’s entertainment area. On the second floor a coin-operated washing and dryer machine, and at the first floor an ice maker and a vending machine, both in the building corner. We are also offering a courtesy shuttle service to take you to the DISNEY & UNIVERSAL THEME PARKS and bring you back to the resort at NO COST, just ask at the concierge for more info. Luggage storage and package receiving services are available, additional charges may apply. Free high-speed Wifi is available in all areas of the hotel. The hotel’s RESTAURANT and GYM are TEMPORARILY CLOSED until further notice. Free parking during your stay is included. Smoking is not allowed in the remaining areas or within the units, there is an area designated by smoking outside, fines of $ 250.00 or more will be charged. Pets are not allowed. The unit is on the FIRST floor, there is not elevator in the complex. The property is a private unit inside the hotel, there is no recharge of toiletries, and the cleaning rate is for the cleaning at check-out, there is no daily cleaning or replacement of towels / sheets. A safety box is provided for convenience, also a hair dryer and an iron.
