The Florida Vacation team is excited to welcome you to our amazing home in Storey Lake, Kissimmee. Our goal is for you to have an unforgettable, fun and safe stay in Orlando, FL.

The best location, next to the Walt Disney World parks (4 miles), surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops and in the center of the major attractions of Orlando. It has easy access to major Florida thoroughfares such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. As a guest, you can take advantage of your short drive to explore nearby shops, restaurants and cafes, nature trails, conservation areas, and many entertainment options. like helicopter and jet ski rides, mini golf, etc… Disney World, Medieval Times, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and much more!

Our vacation home is located in Storey Lake Resort, Kissimmee. This community offers a resort-style clubhouse with gym and day spa, tiki bar, beautiful pool, lazy river, waterslides, beach volleyball court, kayaks and children’s play area … for your dream vacation!

This warm and spacious two-story single-family home will make you feel immediately at home, it is the perfect stay for a family or group of friends.

This home has been professionally designed and furnished with style and comfort, which sleeps up to 20 comfortably.

First floor living areas comprise: a modern open plan kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops with 5 stools to eat or cheer, a beautiful living room with a 70 «Smart TV, a charming formal dining room with capacity for 8 people and a fun Marvel Super Heroes game room with a pool table, air hockey table, popcorn machine, 2 bar tables with stools, and a 70-inch smart TV with a bean bag chairs area where you send the kids for their own fun.

Two delightful master suites with king bed, a smart TV 50″ and their own to share bathrooms with double sinks and closets, one of them with shower and the other one a huge one with tub and shower.

Outside areas: a private, heated and screened swimming pool with spa, pool chairs, living room and outdoor dining area, ideal place to sit and relax on the sun loungers or have an outdoor meal around the patio table by the pool or simply have a cup of coffee in the morning.

On the Second floor everyone will love the upstairs living room, ready for movie night with a smart TV 70″ and a comfortable sectional sofa. It has one desk with chairs to work or study with a laptop as well.

You can find upstairs 7 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, three of them like a master suite with a king bed, closet, smart TV 50″ and a shared bathroom with double sinks and separate walk-in shower. Two tematic bedrooms with two full beds each, one lovely Mickey’s bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a kid’s dream come true in the big circus bedroom, where they not only get two sets of twin-over-twin with trundle bunk beds, they also get a lot of fun with circus tents and sleeping bags!

Enjoy extras like complimentary wifi, free parking around, towels and linen included pool towels and a full size washer and dryer upstairs.

We also can provide a travel crib and a high chair for young children if you ask for them.

As a courtesy we provide you the cleaning amenities to begin use your rental vacation home like as shampoo/conditioner, body wash, sponge, detergent, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, liquid soap for dishes, kitchen paper and plastic bag but this is just for your initial usage on arriving so we will not be responsible to reset or remake this courtesy service.

If you arrive before check-in you will be able to enjoy all the amenities in the Club House while you wait for your check in at 4pm.
